Dent has over 25 years experience in HR administration and is a seasoned professional with a solid working knowledge of staffing, payroll, benefits and retirement programs. As a former staffing consultant, payroll manager and benefits specialist at Intel, Dent brings to eTECH RESOURCES a history of versatility with successful HR project life cycle experience and her ability to interface with a myriad of personalities.
In her new position, Dent will help process payroll, issue new hire documentation, develop process documentation, and provide administrative support to eTECH’s controller and recruiters. Dent’s strength in human resources and staffing, as well as her efficient approach to administrative work, makes her the ideal match for eTECH. She complements the many fluctuating needs of staffing as her skills in critical thought and effective solutions are put to use.
